These Terms govern your use of Edge Card (the “Service”). By accessing the Service or subscribing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Edge Card publishes quantitative analysis of horse races — model-derived win probabilities, fair odds, and written commentary — for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is a publication, not a wagering service. We do not accept wagers, hold customer funds, place bets on your behalf, or award prizes.
Nothing on the Service is wagering, financial, investment, legal, or professional advice, and no advisory or fiduciary relationship is created. Our analysis is general and is not tailored to your circumstances. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
No outcome is guaranteed. Past performance of our model does not predict future results. Wagering on horse racing carries risk of loss, and most bettors lose money over time. Wager only what you can afford to lose; you assume all risk of any decision made in reliance on the Service.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old (21+ where required by your jurisdiction) and that any wagering you do is lawful where you are located. Wagering is prohibited or restricted in some places; you are responsible for compliance with your local laws. Void where prohibited.
All content — cards, probabilities, ratings, text, and design — is owned by us and protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access it for your own use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, republish, or create derivative products from the content, or provide access to third parties, without our written permission.
Paid subscriptions and meet passes are billed through our third-party payment processor. You may cancel at any time, which stops future billing. We offer a no-questions refund within 7 days of a charge — email us and we will refund it.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figure is accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any wagering losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and we waive any right to a class action or class arbitration. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Edge Card is an independent publication. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by NYRA, the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club, Equibase, Brisnet, the California Horse Racing Board, the New York State Gaming Commission, or any racing authority.
