Privacy Policy

Effective July 13, 2026.

This policy explains what Edge Card collects and how we use it.

1. What we collect

  • Email address — when you subscribe or create an account, so we can send you the cards and account messages.
  • Payment information — handled entirely by our third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Basic usage data — privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (such as page views), with no cross-site tracking and no sale of data.

2. How we use it

To deliver the newsletter and cards, manage your subscription, respond to you, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information, and we share it only with service providers who help us operate (email delivery, payments, hosting) under their own terms.

3. Email

Every email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops marketing emails immediately (we comply with CAN-SPAM). We may still send essential account or billing notices.

4. Your choices (including California residents)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing at any time, by emailing us. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including to know, delete, and opt out of “sale” — and we do not sell personal information.

5. Retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

6. Children

The Service is for adults (18+, 21+ where required). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; changes are posted here with a new effective date. Questions or privacy requests: hello@edgecardhq.com.
